From the Brews Best Russian Stout kit…gravity was a bit low due to
incorrect malt extraction…namely, I didn’t rinse out the LME cans, and
lost, so it is actually a Irish stout now :)


And the label…I call it “Almost Irish Stout”:

My second brew, a birthday surprise, just a simple, close to authentic hefeweizen.

~72 hours after pitching, airlock bubbles @ 1 every two seconds with temp of 68f
Took two weeks before fermentation to finally complete
Bottled 48 x 12oz bottles made with 5oz of priming and 2cups H20 boiled for 5 minutes
9/11 - First tasting...clean, not enough carbonation yet, but has a good smooth hefe taste.
